Day 2 [13 February 2012]


Breakfast ...

I've been having Wheet-Bix for breakfast at work for as long as I remember. Today though I had 3 instead of my normal 2 and used lite milk. I've always used full cream milk.



Coffee. I'm not addicted by any means but I do enjoy it. I have [on average] one large coffee a day [flat white on full cream] from Graham the Cafe2U man when he visits my workplace. I've decided to stop having them for the period of the challenge. I know I could have skim milk but I figure it wouldn't hurt giving them a miss for a while.

I've decided to bank the $4 each day I'd spent on coffee [into a money box I made out of a workmates coffee cup today] and use it as my entry fee for the challenge.

I'll have around $120 at the end of the six weeks. Frightening isn't it!

Mid Morning Snack ...

A banana.



Lunch ...

A salad with Tuna in springwater. Nothing too different here though. I normally have a salad probably a few times a week. No dressing though.

My walk ...


I'm aiming for a hour of brisk walking a day. Today effort was just under but I was happy with my average speed.


Dinner ...

Steamed chicken breast, steamed broccolini and leaftover baked sweet potato and onion from last night.

After Dinner Snack ...

Assorted nuts with low fat yoghurt.
