Day 6 [17 February 2012]

Breakfast ...

The same.

3 Weet-Bix with lite milk.

Morning Snack ...

1 banana, 1 apple and some few blackberries [thanks Teri!]

Lunch ...

2 lite cheese and tomato wraps + a small bowl of lite yoghurt & nuts.

Afternoon snack ...


1 Orange.

Exercise ....



I followed the same route as yesterday. It's a good walk. Up through Cooks Hill, The Junction and into Merewether then along the beach, up the Bar Beach hill and then back down into Cooks Hill. Gotta say; I'm actually enjoying the walks a fair bit now. Earlier in the week, my legs and shins were hurting a bit which was probably expected.

Dinner ...



My first pasta dish for the week. Toni made it and it's was good! Wholemeal pasta with tuna, canned tomato's, onion, garlic and grated carrot. No parmesan cheese!

After dinner a cup of tea [lite milk and no sugar; I've haven't had sugar in tea or coffee for over 25 years]
