Day 3 [14 February 2012]

Breakfast ...

Three Wheet-bix + lite milk.

Morning Snacks ...

A banana, some sticks of celery and a cup of tea [lite milk].

Lunch ....

2 Salmon & tomato sandwiches [multi-grain bread].

After Snacks ...

Apple.

Daily Walk ...





A beautiful afternoon for a walk. I headed out towards the Newcastle beach, past Nobby's and along to the foreshore. Just under an hour this time but my average speed was about where I wanted it.

Dinner ...



Toni's away in Sydney doing training for her new job. Normally, I'd grab some Thai takeaway. But, being good I thought I'd do a quick stir fry.

Beef, capsicum, beans, chilli, onion, carrot & broccoli with a dash of soya sauce and a teaspoon of honey. No rice.

After Dinner Snack ...



Low fat Yoghurt with nuts.
