Day 22 [4 March 2012]

Breakfast ...

French toast!

Normally, we'd do French Toast using white bread thick cut [it's the only time we ever buy white bread!], use butter in the frypan to cook the toast in and use maple syrup.

But for today, we used wholegrain bread, a splash of lite milk in the egg mixture, a few drop of olive oil in the frypan and a few drops of Organic Agave Nectar over the finished product.





Morning tea ...

Had coffee with Mum. Skim flat white of course ...


Lunch ...

None. Didn't mean to go without. Was working out the back and just forgot.

Exercise ...

The shitty weather finally cleared today so I thought I'd get out for an hour and a half and do the Fernleigh Track.

I had around 1.5 hours so decided to walk for 45 minutes then turn around and walk back. I was hoping to make all the way to Whitebridge. I did and it ended up taking 42 minutes ...

Just a simple Stir Fry from allrecipes.com. No rice; used rice noodles instead.

Day 21 [3 March 2012]

Breakfast ...

3 wholemeal crumpets & a cup of tea with lite milk.

Morning tea ...


A skim flat white!

Lunch ...

2 cheese [only a little bit and it was 50% fat free!] & tomato toasted sandwiches.

Exercise ...

Reversed my usual route today so I could drop into Coles The Junction to pick up some vegies for tonights dinner. Got to say it again; REALLY enjoying the walks ...

Dinner ...

Used up the sauce from last night's dinner & added mushrooms, zucchini & sweet potato. It was then served on a bed of brown rice.

After dinner snack ...

Low fat yoghurt with LSA & black chia seeds
