Lunch ...
Two Mountain Bread Rice wraps with salmon, tomato and lettuce. No margarine or butter.
A glass of water
A small bag of assorted nuts.
Afternoon snack ...
Apple.
Exercise ...
Incorporated today's walk with collecting Toni from Newcastle Railway Station. Basically up Watt Street, through King Edward park, past Newcastle beach and Nobbys and along the foreshore to Queen Wharf then back to the station.
Dinner ...
We'd shared the leftovers from last night; this time with brown rice.
A bit later had some lite yoghurt with an orange cut up and mixed in.
