Day 24 [6 March 2012]

Breakfast ...

Weet-bix and lite milk.

Morning snack ...

A banana + a cup of tea with lite milk.

Lunch ...



Salad wrap but instead of salmon I had some of the Spag Bol mince from last nights dinner.

A small tub of no fat yoghurt.

A small bad of mixed nuts.

A glass of water.

Exercise ...
