Bloody hot out there this afternoon. No seabreeze at all so boy did I feel it!
By the way, look what I picked up while I was walking ...
Don't worry, I'm not going to eat or drink any of it. It was from that NXFM car that drives around giving stuff out. It was literally thrown at me as I was walking up through the Bar Beach car park.
Dinner ...
My usual Thursday night fare ...
Two boiled eggs + wholemeal toast.
Toni works till 9pm so there's no point cooking anything fancy.
The important fact here is that prior to starting this challenge there's a very good chance I would have had a hamburger, a kebab or some Indian takeaway or something similar.
The positive thing is that I'm not missing that stuff the slightest ...
After dinner snack ...
Low fat yoghurt, an oranges and a few nuts.
