I've been having breakfast a bit earlier lately so have gotten a bit hungry by mid morning. So, in addition to my usual banana I had 2 rice cakes with lite cottage cheese.

The usual wholemeal wrap with salmon & salad.
A small tub of low fat yoghurt and a small bag of mixed unsalted nuts

The usual Thursday night dinner. 2 boiled eggs with 3 pieces of wholegrain toast.
