An RDO today so not the usual breakfast.
3 slices of wholemeal toast with lite cream cheese, vegemite and honey.
A cup of tea with lite milk.
Morning tea ...
It's a day off and Toni & I were Charlestown Square so I decided to have a coffee while we read the papers. It was a skim flat white. When I resume having coffees after the challenge they'll all be skims ...
Nothing to eat.

I've been using Toni's but thought I should get my own. I'll be continuing my daily walks way beyond this challenge so it'll certainly get a lot of use!
Lunch ...
We got home from shopping and had these for lunch.
Toasted wrap with turkey, lettuce, lite cheese [Toni made them; she said a very small amount!] & carrot.
A glass of soda water.
Exercise ...
As most of us around the this area know, it's pretty much rained all day today. But, as my rules dictate, I must exercise each day.
I remembered I had one of those plastic wet weather poncho's in the car. I'd got it for my photography hobby.
Toni said I "looked weird", but I prefer "dedicated" ...
It's amazing how few people were out today ...

It's not a misprint. It's my first very alcohol for 3 weeks. besides, it's suppose to be good for you heart!
