A salmon and salad wholemeal wrap.
A small tub of low fat yoghurt
A handful of mixed [salt free!] nuts.
Afternoon snack ...
Am apple.
Exercise ...
I'm not going to bother uploading a screenshot of my walk details anymore. I'm pretty much settled on my daily work routine.
Around 6.7km, 5.4 of those are power walking and 1.3 is jogging along the beach from Merewether to Bar Beach.
If I do in around 50 - 55 minutes I'm happy.
Dinner ...
A piece of salmon with vegetables.
A small tub of low fat yoghurt with a few mixed nuts thrown in.
