Day 23 [5 March 2012]

Breakfast ...

Weet-bix+ lite milk.

Morning Snack ...

A banana + a cup of tea with lite milk.

Lunch ...



2 Salmon + salad wholemeal wraps.


A small tub of low fat yoghurt

A small bag of assorted non-salted nuts

Afternoon snack ...

An apple.

Exercise ...

Same walk in around the same time; 6.7k's in around 55 minutes ...

Dinner ...


Spag Bol with wholemeal pasta. We used lean mince.

I'm really trying to keep to one serving but couldn't tonight. I was hungry and it was beautiful so I had an extra half a serve!
