2 salmon and tomato wraps & a small bag of nuts.

Apple.

I've added a screenshot of today's walk laid out on a map [click on it to view a larger version]. It was a beautiful afternoon so made sure it included a stretch past the beach. There were so many walker/runners out. Quite incredible.
Dinner ...
The menu tonight was two boiled eggs with two pieces of this fancy "good for you" rye bread that Toni brought back from Sydney.
Desert was low fat yoghurt, a few nuts and some cut up orange.
Around 9:15pm I was still hungry so had to pieces of the rye bread with nothing on it.
