Breakfast ...

2 Weet-bix + lite milk.

Morning Snack ...

An orange.

Lunch ...



2 lite cheese, tomato, carrot & lettuce wholemeal wraps.
1 low fat yoghurt.

Exercise ...



Usual route but I ventured onto the sand and ran for a bit.

 Dinner ...

Toni sauteing the mushrooms with onion
